About One Ummah Lighthouse

Previously known as Amaraja Moiz, One Ummah Lighthouse is an educational platform dedicated to assisting Muslims in reading the Al Quran and learning how to perform Salah.

 

In June 2020 the first video went live as a personal project by founder Wulan Amaraja to help her family members remember surahs and duas. Since then it has grown into something incredible. Receiving an overwhelmingly enthusiastic response, first from from family and friends and then the wider community, the channel produced over 216 videos in 1.5 year. A complete karaoke Al Quran (30 Juzuk) is now available on YouTube for the first time. If you are leading a busy life or you are not confident in your recitations of the Al Quran then this YouTube channel is perfect for you.

 

Following the success of the YouTube channel, One Ummah decided to launch an app to help those who still have difficulty praying (Salah). The app is beneficial for all Muslims, young and old, especially if you want to improve your focus (khusuk) and recitations while performing your prayers. This is the only comprehensive app for Muslims that covers Al Quran, ablutions, du’a, salah fard and salah sunnah.

The platform (YouTube & App) are completely FREE for the ummah. We believe in providing beneficial knowledge to the ummah. Our platform allows you to read the Al Quran online, and learn a step-by-step guide to prayer (Salah).

 

Together with reputable NGO including Malaysian Relief Agency, Cinta Gaza Malaysia and La Familia Moiz, One Ummah Lighthouse has co-organised several humanitarian projects, as well as social and fundraising events in Malaysia, Indonesia and Pale
